Tendinitis

Summary:

      Tendinitis is inflammation of any tendon, usually due to overuse, although sometimes the result of bacterial infection or rheumatic disease. Mild injury may heal on its own in a couple weeks. The most common cause is repetitive stress, both in sport and work.
